When I heard the tune for the first time, I instantly got inspired to do something with it, give it more drive and some drums. I had the strong feeling it is pushing me somewhere...

Luckily Micca called me out to do a remix, and here it is!

Friends asked me, if I could make some music for their daughter. She is suffering from chronic illness for some years now. Especially her lungs have some issues. So I created a healing song, to support her lungs and her liveliness. 
She loves dancing and is quite powerful. so I made her a dance track.

This track contains 7,83 Hz as an isochronic tone and is written in D major, which is supporting the lungs. Also I utilised 111 Hz, 396 Hz,for the inner organs and letting go of fear, which may hold her back in her liveliness and 528Hz the miracle frequency.

Leonora´s Dance

On May 7th 2022 we created a space in a forest. A space for connecting with the trees and letting the nature and the music guide our creativity. 
We provided colors and canvas and the kids and their parents were letting it flow.
This 17 minute track was a part of the live performance I did that day.

As I listened to the field recording my attention instantly went to the polarity of city and nature sounds. My intention was to fuse them with each other, bringing harmony to nature and the way we humans live on this planet.
I started off experimenting with the sample, trying to bring out different resonances and my first feel was like an ambient type song. I brought in some synthesizers, into this mixed sound of crickets and traffic. Played a bit with the sonic depth of field and opened up a realm, which I could explore. 
In this realm I could feel the energy rising, an ambient track would not represent the place from where the recording was taken. It needed more groove, it should be danceable but also relaxed at the same time.
So I fused organic percussions and instruments with synthesizer and a beat. I also fused the original recording with the whole track, there are parts where the recording is present and gets room to come more into the foreground and on other times it is nearly totally quiet in the backgrounds, but it always adds its sonic character. 
As I always tend to do, I imagined the song as a sonic journey, taking you into that other realm, showing the possibilities and gently bringing you back to reality with this new experience. 
I believe if we reconnect more with nature and let nature's frequencies get us in tune again, we may find ways to fuse our modern way of living with nature in a way that will benefit not only us humans as a species, but our Mother Earth as a whole.

Temple of the Ancients - Frank Fable Live-Set for "Intuitive Flow"

This track is a healing song dedicated to Jürgen ❤️

Jürgen was lying on an intensive care station due to an operation and some of his organs nearly failing. His sister reached out to me, that listening to my music made him calm down and helped him resting and healing. 
So I made a special tune for him. 
What especially helped him were the nature sounds I use. So I grabbed a fieldrecording and build a track around that with the intention to facilitate Jürgen´s healing.
Jürgen is already in rehab, even if there is still a long way to go, he is still with us and healing 🍀✨💫

This track is all about grounding into your physical being, coming back into the body, trusting, feeling, being. 
The frequencies I used throughout the track are 111 hz, 174 hz, 285 hz, 396 hz, 417 hz, 528 hz all modulated with an isochronic tone that resonates in the Schumann frequency (frequency of the earth 7,83 hz) and bringing you down to Delta 2,5 hz for pain relief.

I hope this track will also help you ground yourself, wherever you are in you life process right now 🙏
