So Perry K and I went to see the new Spider-Man movie "No Way Home"  and I have some Spider-Man history since the first record I ever owned was "Beyond The Grave" by Spider-Man when I was 6 years old.  Not to give away the plot, Dr. Strange has to reverse the spell and in turn Spider-Man's girlfriend forget's who he is.  And I'm like "Doc Strange in the Range like Whoa". Cyborg Rhetoric is an electro producer who spends half his time in South Florida and the other half in the internet.

1. Which artists has influenced you the most?

- My homie and mentor Grow for sure. I also grew up on Dynamix II, Rabbit in the Moon, Debbie Deb and Freestyle (the genre and artist).

2. What new projects/releases with your participation are expected in the near future?

- I have a track coming out on vinyl release over on Ovelha Trax. I also have another single from my upcoming album on CHP Recordings coming out soon along with a music video directed by Strange Wave.

3. Which artists/labels is more relevant to you now? 

- Loving LFT, Amadeezy, Grow, Nite Flite, INVT and more. 

4. What inspires you now to create music?

- The need to get these sounds out of my head.

5. If it's not a secret, what set-up do you use when creating music?

- I used to have a cool studio with keyboards and stuff. Then I had a mini cyborg and now I’ve got just a laptop, a midi keyboard and more VSTS than I know what to do with. Ideas matter more than gear, imo.

People have been asking me about this tune, so here are some details about it:
The only part of the track that has any parts or qualities related to the Frankie Bones original from 1990 is the vocal "My house is your house, and your house is mine".  Everything else was produced and arranged by me, aside from the well known synth sample from "Art of Noise - Moments in Love".  It's a full Remix / Remake and not a ReRub.  Hope you all enjoy and thanks for listening!

Frankie Bones - My House is Your House (L-Train Remix)

"Call It Techno" was the blueprint track which was written on June 4, 1989.  It was at the forefront of European Rave Culture and became a well known track in the U.K. & Germany.  The documentary "We Call It Techno" explains it right from the beginning and from that came the second & third Love Parade themes being named "The Future Is Ours" off the XL/Citibeat LP by Musto & Bones.  And "My House Is Your House" from the Break Boys which was Frankie Bones aka on Fourth Floor Records in 1990.

Frankie became the American Pioneer of Rave Culture on both coasts in 1990, playing Techno as a movement.  The Peace, Love, Unity Movement which in 1993 became PLUR after a fight broke out at an event in The Bronx which had Richie Hawtin as it's headliner.

And the rest is history.  If words can paint the picture here, the first 5 Soundcloud links will describe a DJ who has a journey of a lifetime & still is active in 2024.  The music that comes from the heart & soul of the Brooklyn Underground.
