Broadcasting from the South West of the UK expect a lot of jungle, dub, hardcore and sounds loosely termed "rave".  The more "left field" the better and our selectors try to bring a few less heard cuts to the mix. We love the roots of the scene, respecting  the forefathers and mothers of the music so we'll be dropping some classics  in with the new tracks pushing bass music forward. Alongside the above genres we can't miss out on a good tune so  you'll also hear  acid house, balearic , house and their  evolutionary  offspring  like trip hop, dubstep, d&b, UK Garage and more...

Gran apasionado de la música desde muy joven. En su adolescencia, su influencia fueron las largas noches de escucha de progamas de  radio y las correspondientes grabaciones en cintas de casete. Más tarde comiezaba experimentar en las discotecas de la zona la fuerza que tiene la música electrónica.

A la edad de 19 años, forma entre cinco  amigos, Jesús, José Manuel, Juan Pablo e Ivan un colectivo de djs, el Conection Sound, que dinamiza la zona con los sonidos electrónicos más vanguardistas del momento, así como la organización de múltiples raves en la campiña sevillana, desde el 1999 hasta la actualidad.

Aprendiendo cada día de veteranos y de jóvenes, adaptándose a los tiempos actuales, no teme realizar sesiones de cualquier estilo y en cualquier formato, aunque su especialidad, y lo que esperan sus amigos cuando actúa, son sesiones de breakbeat melódico a vinilo, mezclando y llevando a su público al éxtasis en las horas puntas de la mañana. 

Después de compartir cabina con grandes djs en festivales locales como el Potaje Rock o el Primavera Sound, y en salas como El Latino, Pub Jorry o Natura, en Fuentes de Andalucía, Davids se centra ahora en mostrar al público sus sesiones en plataformas como SoundCloud, o Youtube, realizar diferentes programas tipo podcast, de entrevistas, el Conection Radio, Radio Reggae Conection y el Radio BreakBeat

Además todos los años es uno de los organizadores de la celebración de la fiesta aniversario del colectivo, La Conection, que se realiza todos los veranos y en la que no suelen faltar los djs de Fuentes de Andalucía y de la comarca. 

Djs como Selfa, Manchego, Buda, Dani Guerrero, Diego Panoramix, Rafa, Tano, Kuka, Curro, Egea, Eskobalito, Bobi, Lechuga, Limón, Xipu, Herra, Farru y como no, los integrantes del colectivo Conection antes mencionados; Cepo, Champi, Ivanjoe y Juanpa, son los encargados de hacer bailar a los amantes de la fiesta hasta el amanecer.

Luis Conde Pérez, known in the region as DJ Davids, has been fond of electronic music since he was very young.

In his adolescence his influence was the radio and the corresponding recordings of cassette tapes. To later experience the power of music in the discos of the area.

At the age of 20, he formed among 5 friends, Cepo, Champi Volumen, Juampa and Ivanjoe, a group of djs, Conection Sound, which invigorated the area with the most avant-garde electronic sounds, as well as the organization of multiple Raves in the Sevillian countryside , in the years 1999 to the present.

Amateur DJ par excellence. Learning every day from veterans and young people, adapting to current times. He is not afraid to perform sets of any style, although his specialty and what his friends expect from him are melodic break sessions.

More than 20 years with the hobby of mixing and leading his audience to ecstasy in the rush hours of the morning.

After sharing the booth with great DJs at festivals such as Potaje Rock or Primavera Sound in Fuentes de Andalucia, or in venues such as El Latino or El Jorry, Davids now focuses on showing the public his sessions on SoundCloud, conducting a talk show , Conection Radio and in the celebration of the collective's anniversary party, La Conection.

Everyone calls me mickeyLicks. I’m one of the founding fathers of worldwide collaborations. I play most styles of music and I mean music not the things I hear new school Disk Jockeys playing today. For me music has rhythm and instrumental percussions drums and vocals.  It’s not just a repeated noise of what the garbage that I hear in the underground music scene today.

"Call It Techno" was the blueprint track which was written on June 4, 1989.  It was at the forefront of European Rave Culture and became a well known track in the U.K. & Germany.  The documentary "We Call It Techno" explains it right from the beginning and from that came the second & third Love Parade themes being named "The Future Is Ours" off the XL/Citibeat LP by Musto & Bones.  And "My House Is Your House" from the Break Boys which was Frankie Bones aka on Fourth Floor Records in 1990.

Frankie became the American Pioneer of Rave Culture on both coasts in 1990, playing Techno as a movement.  The Peace, Love, Unity Movement which in 1993 became PLUR after a fight broke out at an event in The Bronx which had Richie Hawtin as it's headliner.

And the rest is history.  If words can paint the picture here, the first 5 Soundcloud links will describe a DJ who has a journey of a lifetime & still is active in 2024.  The music that comes from the heart & soul of the Brooklyn Underground.
