Houston native Kelvin Woods or better known within the hip-hop realm as "FRANK LOOT"  He is an enigma to say the least. Born in the southwest pocket of Houston.  ALIEF, TX loot is quoted saying the name is derived from his hip hop idol The Notorious BIG's moniker "FRANK WHITE" and later added, "LOOT" when he came to realize what the world wanted first...UP FRONT MONEY!!!!!!!!

O.N.E was created in Conroe TX, and when I was 10. I moved to the North Side of Houston TX, I   concider myself an all around  artist. I write and arrange music, creating my own sounds in the process. I would be grateful to be put in a position to display my talents with the masses.
