Why the hummingbird is the king of the animals?

When the lion, the king of the animals, died, the animals wanted to choose a new king. "The animal with the greatest strength shall be king," cried the elephant. He trampled back and forth and uprooted a tree, roots and all, to show that he was the strongest. "You have to be not only strong, but also fast," said the tiger. "Look at me. My paws are strong and my legs can run as fast as the wind. Choose me as your king."
"Stop, stop!" cried the rhinoceros. "A king must be strong in battle. Many a tiger has died fighting me. Choose me as your king!" Snorting, the rhinoceros stomped toward the throne and stood close to it. The animals marveled at the elephant's power, the tiger's speed, and the rhino's strength. But none of the three animals was particularly popular. If the elephant came in a large herd, he hardly left anything for the others. Some relatives of the animals had already fallen victim to the tiger, and the rhinoceros began to quarrel with everyone. At that moment a shadow flew over the heads of the animals. They looked up and saw the eagle flying through the air with his mighty wings directly at the king's throne. He looked around and said, "I am not only strong and powerful, I can also fly. Therefore, elect me king, for no one can fly higher than I can." The animals cheered, clapped and shouted, "The eagle can fly the highest, he shall be the king. Up! Up!"
But in the midst of the tumult, the hummingbird flew to the king's throne. He fluttered his little wings and said, "Who says you are the one who can fly the highest? Before you become our king, you must prove it." Then the crowd became silent. The eagle said, "I will prove to you that I can fly the highest. If the hummingbird can fly higher than I can, then he shall be king." When the animals heard this, they began to laugh. The elephant, tiger and rhinoceros shouted, "How will you be able to fly higher than the eagle, you are much too small!" The other animals also laughed at the hummingbird. "Now you have to race the eagle, it serves you right!" But the latter did not let himself be put off. "I'm ready!" he shouted. "Where do we want to fly from?"
The eagle pointed to a tall coconut tree. "There our race shall begin." He lifted his big wings and flew to a branch of the palm tree. The hummingbird flew quickly after him and landed just above the eagle on a small branch. All the animals stood in a semicircle under the coconut palm. The hare was to give the signal to begin.  When the hare gave the signal, the eagle rose into the air. The hummingbird, which had been sitting above him, settled on the eagle's back and let himself be carried up into the sky. The animals looked up and said, "We can only see the eagle. The hummingbird must be flying so high that we can't see it at all." The eagle flew in wide circles higher and higher toward the sun. Finally, the sun was burning too hot, so the eagle decided to fly back. At that moment, the hummingbird fluttered off the eagle's back high into the air and cried, "Look, I'm flying higher than you!" Astonished, the eagle looked up and could hardly believe his eyes when he saw the hummingbird flying above him in the sky. With his last strength he still tried to reach the hummingbird, but he was already too exhausted. With hanging wings he raced towards the earth and landed exhausted with the waiting animals. They had been watching the race closely and were waiting anxiously for the hummingbird. When it finally flew in, they shouted, "The hummingbird has won, he is our new king!" So the hummingbird became the king of the animals. The eagle, however, has not forgiven him for his trickery to this day.

Soar Behind The Sky

A small note on my own behalf: I have noticed that my playback figures have dropped dramatically. The statistics show that the number of playbacks has dropped from 2000 per week to just under 200.
On the one hand, this is frustrating, as everyone sees this as an indicator and confirmation of their work. On the other hand, figures are not particularly important, but one wonders what is wrong. In my opinion, SC has changed a lot, uploading tracks has become more complicated and constant security queries are annoying.
In addition, great artists are disappearing from the platform, partly by their own choice, partly because they have been banned, the algorithm has “recognized” them as spam and mercilessly deleted their account. I'm still a paying member, but my attitude towards this has changed...

Please let me know your experiences and impressions.

A long, long time ago, there was an organ in the Christmas-decorated living room in his parents' house, where Frank grew up. Originally bought by his father for his two older siblings, they showed no interest in playing the organ. Frank, however, did. White and black keys and giving off strange sounds. 

So at the age of 9 he began to let his fingers circle on this instrument, searching for the right keys like on a typewriter. And another 9 years would pass before he could buy his first own instrument. Already at the age of 13 he made notes about the then current synthesizers, bought one magazine after the other and visited music fairs in Frankfurt, Germany.

His first keyboard was the Yamaha DSR-2000, which he bought in a music store near his hometown Biebertal. In installments! Finally he could develop himself further - away from the limited tonality of the small organ. The built-in 8-track sequencer helped him to reach unimagined heights. 
Little by little his equipment expanded and his ambition to create music like that of Jean-Michel Jarres came closer. Influenced by this and countless other musicians of the time, his interest grew, but he taught himself everything. Not even having attended a music school or being able to read music at all, he wrote one song after another and recorded them on the only medium available to him at the time: audio cassettes.
Many of these recordings are unfortunately lost forever, because cassettes are and were not the best recording medium. He has to try to play many of his songs from memory. 

In 2007, he fulfilled a long-awaited wish: to buy a KORG. He had always wanted to own one, but with the latest synthesizers at the time of their release having a purchase price of over 6000 D-marks (the currency of the time in the 1980s and 1990s), that dream of owning one was far away. So in 2007 he bought a used KORG 01W/FD at ebay. And as before with the purchase of the Yamaha keyboard, a completely new world opened up to him.

In addition, there were expanders and sound modules from Kawai, Roland and Yamaha (K1m, SC-55, QY10). Six years later his enthusiasm for making music ebbed and rediscovered his hobby (which it always was and still is). In 2018 in April he decided to present his music to a wider audience and uploaded his first song on the platform soundcloud. Since that time, thanks also to the ever-evolving software, he continues to evolve, experiment and relive his times through music.
