Von September 2007 bis Anfang 2010 habe ich sehr viele schöne Stunden im Düsseldorfer Rheingold Club mit Euch verbracht. Heute, am Ostermontag 2014 wurde die Ära Rheingold beendet und der Laden macht Platz für etwas neues. Es wird nie wieder so sein, wie es war. Ich bedanke mich bei allen Leuten, die so oft in diesem Club gefeiert haben und bin sehr stolz, dass ich heute die letzten Platten in diesem ehrwürdigen Club spielen durfte.

Dance as a Metaphor for Love
Leonard Cohen's song 'Dance Me To The End Of Love' uses dance as a powerful metaphor to explore the depths and complexity of love. The lyrics suggest a continuous movement through the different stages and experiences of love, from its fiery beginning to its end, or until the love can no longer be sustained.
The reference to 'beauty with a fiery violin' and the dance 'through panic' may symbolize the intense passion and sometimes tumultuous emotions that accompany love. The imagery of the 'olive branch' and the 'homecoming dove' evokes feelings of peace and security, suggesting that love can be a refuge in times of difficulty. Dance as a central theme serves to illustrate the idea that love is an act of surrender and an ongoing process.
