For the past decade, Mad Decent has been invading your ears with fresh sounds. With humble beginnings in Diplo’s Philadelphia studio, Mad Decent’s unwavering mission is to highlight underground, genre-blurring sounds. Mad Decent tops iTunes, Beatport and Shazam charts worldwide with #1 Dance tracks and albums with releases from artists like Major Lazer, Dillon Francis, Grandtheft, Party Favor, NGHTMRE and Yellow Claw. Mad Decent is also home to Good Enuff, a launchpad for artists breaking the norm; notable releases include Bauuer’s “Harlem Shake” and DJ Snake’s “Bird Machine.” As an extension of the Mad Decent sound, Mad Decent Block Party was established in 2006 and now spans across North America and India.

Mazzy Star are a duo from Los Angeles renowned for their slow, psychedelic, narcotic music. They're best known for their breakout single, "Fade into You," which became an unlikely crossover hit in1994. Spurred by the interest in "Fade into You," their second album, 1993's So Tonight That I Might See eventually chalked up platinum status in the USA; unheard of territory for a melancholy, shadowy act notorious for shunning interviews and publicity.

Dirg Gerner is a lover, a vulnerable observer, and an artist who’s managed to create an effective interface with an ever-accelerating world. He may appear mysterious and media-shy; but when it comes to vocalising, he’s a raw, uncut soul-element. Unintentionally off-grid and committed to his personal evolution, he is more of a soul- documentarian than a singer-songwriter.

The man is a natural born introvert. Over the years, his acute ability to hone in on the essence of things transformed into something of a super power – manifest through sound and poetry. This explains why this new body of songs is thick with nourishment. Lyrically, these songs channel the fundamentals: love and truth. Love remains supreme. Nature manifests the truth. And the search for balance within and without is forever a north star.
