Following the same pattern as its initial two releases, @where-were-we  is back with EP004 in a shape of a remix pack: retaining two remixers from the previous pack and introducing two new names on the bill. Both Hong Kong via Nantes Romain FX and Vilnius italo adept @blackfeeling delivered massive remixes in the first pack and boy they don't disappoint yet again. Romain has totally reworked the track and infused it with exotic oriental sounds and Black Feeling hits all the marks once again with his signature feel-good italo house vibes.
Since Blaise Balda has already released one EP on Rees' Paradiso Records, it was natural to ask Adam for a remix. Middlesbrough talent shines agent hitting all the right notes and keeping the vibe joyous and the energy pure.
Last but not least are Berlin's italo duo Sauvage World from Slow Motion/Wrong Era fame. Guys are raising the tempo up to 125, tweaking a few bits here and there and adding just a little bit extra of their own magic to make it sound like a proper italo banger for not-so-wrong era we all find ourselves in.

Now it's time for the "Roof Garden" to get remixed and for the occasion we have joined 3 of our favourites artists who have reworked some of the original tracks from the Greek Duo.

Is it Balearic? Recordings' Coyote team up with us again doing what they know better, staying loyal to the rules first proposed by B&K and extending this journey through the Mediterranean sea by adding different percussions and other hypnotic elements that result in a perfect sunset soundtrack.

Lithuanian duo Kolegos drop their debut release, ‘Discover’, on Spencer Parker’s Work Them Records this July.

Backed with a remix from label-boss Parker, the release sees brothers Genys and Matas Bernotas (Mountak) serve up a modern, arpeggio fuelled Italo infused banger (‘Dunda Ratai’) that oozes funk and a subtle, low-tempo breaks cut (’Tavo Tevas’) that fuses electro with deep house and 90s electronica. Parker, in fine and prolific form of late with releases for Work Them and He.Shey.They still seeing support, takes ‘Dunda Ratai’ arpeggio and runs with it, creating a tightly wound and hypnotic late night cut.

Onur Özman returns to Sum Over Histories with Panopticon, a 4-track EP exploring the illusion of freedom in modern life. 

Drawing on the panopticon’s concept of unseen surveillance, the release blends deep, atmospheric sound design with a clear conceptual focus, moving from hidden confinement toward a sense of release. Franz Scala was last spotted on Boredllo A Parigi back in 2016 - he makes the move to Bahnsteig 23 for this bold record of synth pop, early electro and much more besides. "Anacondas" has a cheery tone, all sunny synth lines and a laid back boogie rhythm section, while "Thai City" is more like a scratchy beat track for DJs to get clever with. "Shadow Dancer" is one of the record's stand out moments - a muscular pop burner for all 80s romancers to get emotional and funky to. "Rascals" finishes the EP off with some seriously tough drums and some body-popping electro styles that should go down a storm on the floor.
