As we all attempt to navigate this thing called life. We meet all opportunities and challenges with open arms. Neither the good or bad hold more value than the other. It’s the journey and how we adapt to it while staying true to ourselves. Sometimes life demands a certain stillness and we must learn to be comfortable in the uncomfortable. Which there in lies the lesson to appreciate every second of it, to be present in it all. To find balance, to ebb and flow, and to forever embrace change gracefully ☯️
