K-RocK launched his career as a professional DJ in 2006, at the time under the guise of Mr. West,where he was responsible for the creation, organisation/management, and success of Bing Bang Bong a weekly Friday night at The Civic Hotel, Newcastle.Then subsequently embarked on the challenge of re-vamping Friday nights from 2007 at Hotel CBD, Newcastle. A much bigger venue, took another 12 months to gain the same success. At the end of 2008 he took a year off to travel, returning with a new sense of direction he spent 2009 going back for some further education while taking on a new challenge, Top 40 venues with a new booking agency – Ruffneck, an amazing organization that sent him all across Newcastle and the upper Hunter including Maitland and Singleton, as well as some new Newcastle venues including The Brewery and The Cambridge Hotel.

Along the way he has created several successful brands including himself, especially great days like Boxing day@The Premier, brought back to life a business relationship previously fostered at CBD with the manager taking over MJ Finnegans and him taking on a new challenge in early 2010 with the re branding of the venue with a ‘FReSH’ Night on Saturday’s.

Now resident DJ at MJ Finnegan's Hotel Friday and Saturday night's and also in 2011 has landed a residency on Wednesday's for student night at the local favourite Customs House.

He is also available for private functions at request.

Currently working on a visual element including video clips and sync'd lighting for your peepers.
