Dissolute is an electronic music podcast, but for us, it's more like a refuge into deeper and sometimes darker shades of house and techno. Our sessions are atmospheric and mellow, diluted yet solid, thoughtful and emotional, mature and childlike — we air what we like, hoping that you'll like it, and trust that you will if you have any idea of what this music is about. It's where serenity and restlessness balance loosely and playfully on the verge of what's real and understood with our ears, our bodies and minds. When you and I are Dissolute, we don't just listen to music, we become the music that plays with us and we play with it, we play it, we love it!

Among our Dissolute cast are the masters of the musical context we mentioned before, but also new talents that contribute freshness to the beaten track. Enjoy & always stay dissolute!

Talahachi is a record label for rhythmic electronic music, operating from the science department of North Middlesex Technical College. We like music made with synthesizers, step sequencers and arpeggiators, chord memory and the filters on vintage samplers. We like melodic techno and electro, deep house and delicate acid tracks, but we’re also interested in music closer to synth pop and cold wave, or ambient tracks with a pulse.
