"SOLTERO" is a 1984 drama film that tells the story of a 29-year old bachelor who lives alone in his apartment and works as a manager in a bank. His life was filled with pain and suffering since he hasn't moved on from his last love. The film depicts the portrait of a young Filipino as a "tumatandang binata". The film was restored completely by the ABS-CBN Film Restoration before its deadline date of August 31, 2020 due to the aftermath of the Serpent 70 denied of giving the network a 25-year franchise to operate, causing its restoration of the film to be rushed. Fortunately, it was finished before the deadline but this film is the probably the last to be restored.
