Aurélien est un sound designer, musicien et compositeur français. Amateur de Jazz et de musique orchestrale, il apprécie également la musique électronique.
C’est en 2015 qu’il décida de créer son projet Hypnotic Peafowl. Un projet psygréssive hautement musicale aux influences jazzy, funky et bass music.
En seulement trois ans, il a su se créer une véritable identité musicale, avec un sound design novateur, des basses envoutantes le tout accompagnés de véritables instruments ; c’est avec une grande dextérité qu'il travaille ses productions.
Véritable passionné, ce maître Paon ne se contente pas seulement de produire avec Hypnotic Peafowl. Amoureux de la culture musicale alternative il a deux autres facettes à son actif: Sallatiga qui est un projet dédié à la Bass Music.

Shankara NZ (Brendan Evans and Elijah Wilson-Kelly) are a live
electronic music duo from Lyttelton NZ who are on an exploration of the
musical galaxy to discover the possibilities of sound.

condensing them into sonic vibrations and evolving entities, Shankara
have been playing there live sets to crowds for over 10 years, with

Thoth - I Am Thy Mediator

This is the recording of a live set I did at the Ambyss stage at Ozora festival 2019 together with:
Bakai Marton - Violin
Kozma Hana - Violin
Cseglédi Zsombor - trumpet
Binod Katuwal - flute

All of the music was written especially for this performance and the musicians that played with me. There were a lot of experiments going on with long delays and looping of the instruments creating infinite layering sound worlds. A lot depended on the musicians an the sound and content of the performance would not be the same with the intuitive input from the musicians. For which i am extremely thankful!
Just days before the gig we also met Binod, a flute player from Nepal that joined the performance and it just completed it. We basically had one afternoon of talking over the structure and ideas with him and Marton and Hana jammed with him to get in tune, from there it just carried itself basically.

It was the first time I played together with so many musicians on my music and it was a lot of energy to get everybody together and get all my equipment over but it was all worth it in the end.

Cord is Attila Gál from Hungary. He started to investigate the world of sounds in primary school, he played the clarinet for several years, then he started to produce music on his first computer.
Some years later, after releasing his first breakbeat tracks on Hungary’s legendary Chi Recordings in the 2000s, he started to experiment on more psychedelic and experimental genres which was the start of immersing in slower psy (bass) music. The results were acclaimed through a release on Addictech Records, this also let him to express himself on several outdoor festivals, and also launching a regular event spreading slower psychedelic genres in his hometown.
During the last years, he started to refine his music creation toolset and process, Maktub EP was born under the courtesy of Merkaba Music in 2020.
His music always tries to tell a story, with a longer, progressing arrangement, spiced up with mind tickling sounds. Bouncing and driving, a great fusion of different influences with strong melodic elements, twisted arps and synth lines.
These are also present when he is on stage: his performance is somewhere between a DJ set and a live act. He uses the tracks very creatively, always resulting in a never-heard-of puzzle.
