Italian songwriter, producer, and singer May Rei crafts evocative musical worlds where ethereal melodies intertwine with rhythmic depth. Her productions blend analog warmth with shimmering electronic textures, creating a distinctive sound rooted in alternative pop.
To date, May Rei has released several works on her own label, Einklang Records: Epiphany (LP, 2020), The Bite of the Witch (EP, 2021), It’s All About Phases (LP, 2022), and Here and Now (Single, 2023). Her upcoming album is currently in the works and set for 2026.
May Rei is also a member of the projects Hertzen (@hertzenmusic) and Onyx (@onyxmusicoff).
Based in Germany since 2007, she continues to explore new dimensions in sound and music production.
