@KLS_techno is a Techno and Bodybuilding enthusiast from Germany. What started in an idea to have his own, high energy techno sets for his workouts, developed into a new passion. His sound combines hard hitting, fast and industrial basslines with melodic trance, Acid and oldschool hardstyle melodies. To top it off, he plays on 3 Decks through the whole set, to never let go of the energy. One thing is sure, when he is playing, you won't catch a break on the dance floor!

Our 101st podcast will be provided by the German DJ Pernox. Since a couple of years, Pernox is resident of Geheimclub Magdenburg. Since becoming a regular Pernox takes care of the bookings and podcast series of the club as well. Generally, he likes to implement a diverse range of tracks in his sets driven by his mood. Old School tools, groovy tracks, electro, ghetto house and footwork, all come across when plays. 

For Frenzy Pernox delivered a 3h mix, which is a live recording of his closing set at Geheimclub Magdeburg. When asked what he wanted to create during his 3h set, he told us: “I decided to open the set with some ambient stuff and to go not to hard (but fast-paced) from the beginning and create more and more tension. So I ended up playing more recent and driving productions during this part of the set. For me the first little break is at about 40 minutes, when I took out some of the energy. After that I went on playing more diverse and storytelling, and subsequently you can hear more and more old school tunes, the atmosphere is switching quite frequently and you can find some non-techno tracks.” Listen to the sound of Pernox here, enjoy!

She got the name “Shakti (Power in Hindi)” while studying in India and as the name describes, she delivers powerful energy to the floor. Her set usually is based on heavy industrial sound often combined with psychedelic and serrated synths, EBM line/wave, acid and vocals.

Next up we have talented DJ and producer Billie Jo from Stockholm, Sweden. Billie is a founding member of the Stockholm based underground collective .WAV and resident DJ at underground venue Rottweiler in Gothenburg. Her sets can be described as rythmic, playful, stomping techno journeys that are guaranteed to get the crowd moving. Billie's debut vinyl 'The Ravenous EP’ was released on Spencer Parker's label Work Them Records in the spring of 2019. The follow up, ’Ne Plus Ultra EP’, was released one year later on Vincent Neumann's label Unitas Multiplex (including a remix by Copenhagen based producer Sugar). Billie’s third release is scheduled for January 2021, on DJ Lily's label LILIES.
