This week we are happy to introduce you Swan Meat, a record producer and DJ from Washington DC based in Cologne, Germany. Since truly breaking onto the scene with her 2019 EP, FLESHWORLD (Infinite Machine),  she has carved out her own niche in the underground, perfecting a sound in which sweeping string arrangements, 8-bit synth melodies, and gigantic kicks meet in a weird and eerie whorl.  A resident DJ on Cologne’s dublab outlet, as well as one-half of the techno duo House of Suns with DJH, Swan Meat has proven herself versatile and ever-evolving, touring the world with her extreme, uncompromising live sets. Enjoy this one!

Our last installment of the Local Selector Series for the year is from Kopi O. Having recently moved from Aberdeen to Glasgow to begin a role teaching composition and piano at Glasgow School of Music, Kopi O has been making a solid name for herself in the local scene by supporting the likes of Mell G at Plant Bass’d, LF System at the SWG3 after party as well as Franc for Industrial Estate. 

Kopi O is also 1/3 of Glasgow collective PowerPot which is a label & creative collective for LGBTQIA+ artists and women in the harder dance music. They've done this by having multiple parties in La Cheetah and the Poetry Club along side their mix series.
