Thought it would sink in, I thought it would feel right, I wish I'd quit thinking, I wish it would seal tight, my mind keeps on turning it won't sit still, I'd keep moving but I lost my will.
Two ways to see it, I once had a feeling that I wouldn't free it, that I'd be alone dealing with the pain, its a loss, its a permanent stain. 

I can't heal you, I can't break through, its everything you did. Push me farther, make it less harder, will it always feel this way?

Caught in the rhythm, it spins and I feel sick, another black ribbon, my childhood went by quick, it was hard, to face, always struggled to find my place.
If we could hold on to everything thats lost, we wouldn't be sold on with our souls at cost, its the price some pay, living in the world today.

Frequency Within is an 3/4 Female Indie/Alternative rock band bringing life to the stages of the US Southwest  If they're not performing, you can find them out at shows supporting other bands in Los Angeles.  

The music a blend of rock you can dance to or just punch someone in the face to, but you definitely won't be sleeping.  

On July 30, 2016, the 4-piece released their debut album "Blissfulmess" and departed on their first tour through the deserts of CA, AZ & NV. SoCal Indie Musicians booked & managed the tour which was completed in September 2016.  In, January 2017 The band embarked on the Full Indie Jacket Tour with The Black Heartthrobs.  During the summer of 2017, the band and fans hit the road for a series of Freqend Tours!  The release of Frequency Within's Music Video for "Vindictive" was November 17, 2017. 
Frequency Within signed with Die Laughing Records and is releasing their single “Coma” when they hit the road again in March 2018 on the “Cold Sweat” Tour.
