M5R, DJ colombiano de la escena capitalina, actualmente radicado en Barcelona, da sus primeros pasos en la música como clubber, lo que lo lleva a descubrir su gusto por los sonidos hipnóticos, con mucho groove y sonidos fuertes, Inicia su carrera musical con el colectivo colombiano FRERES COL como co-fundador, tocando en diferentes clubs y raves de la escena capitalina en clubs como RADIOBERLIN, BEFORE, Aftermood, y en Barcelona en los clubs más reconocidos de la ciudad( M7, Pacha, Garage 442, City Hall,Sala Recreo, Club Sauvage, Localito 3. 0) su evolución musical esta marcada por los sonidos groove de artistas como Ben Sims, Oscar Mulero y Richie Hawtin, siendo estas referencias muy importantes en su inspiración musical y búsqueda de su propio sonido, Trabaja como productor musical y técnico de sonido con expectativas de lograr producciones de alto nivel en la nueva ola del Techno(Raw/Deep/Hyptnotic), actualmente M5R esta lanzando su primer EP «Dualities» de la mano del sello Freres
