M5R, Colombian DJ of the capital scene, currently based in Barcelona, takes his first steps in music as a clubber, which leads him to discover his taste for hypnotic sounds, with lots of groove and strong sounds, He started his musical career with the Colombian collective FRERES COL as co-founder, playing in different clubs and raves around the capital scene in clubs like RADIOBERLIN, BEFORE, Aftermood, and in Barcelona in the most recognized clubs of the city( M7, Pacha, Garage 442, City Hall Sala Recreo, Club Sauvage, Localito 3.0) his musical evolution is marked by the groove sounds of artists like Ben Sims, Oscar Mulero and Richie Hawtin, being these references very important in his musical inspiration and search of his own sound, He works as a music producer and sound technician with expectations of achieving high level productions in the new wave of hard groove and hypnotic techno, currently M5R is releasing his first single "Distortion Reality" by the hand of his label Freres Recordings.
