If a track you submitted does not appear in this list, it’s probably because another of your tracks appeared in our Fresh Faves or on the BBC Music Introducing Mixtape during the last three months — we ask that artists featured on either wait three months before resubmitting to give others a chance. 

We also don’t accept short previews or SoundCloud Go tracks that can only be heard as 30 second previews, and tracks made private after submission, which cannot be included in playlists. You will be able to resubmit the track in future. Tracks (and remixes of tracks) that have been previously submitted, and tracks from banned artists will also be removed.

2023 is fast-becoming a big one for Tom Bright. Already, he’s performed at The London Palladium, Shepherd's Bush Empire, Celtic Connections, headlined John Kennedy’s iconic night The Remedy, toured the UK and been live in session on Radio X.

Friday 2nd June sees him unleash his new single, ‘Matchsticks', produced by long-standing collaborator Ed Harcourt and mastered by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios.
 
The track sees Tom take us on an autobiographical journey of hospital beds and near-death experiences. With Keats-like romanticism and a Fleetwood Mac-esque backdrop, ‘Matchsticks’ takes him into very new ground. 
 
Since the release of his much-lauded second album ‘Legacy’ back in 2021, Bright has toured relentlessly, supporting the likes of Declan O’Rourke, William Prince, Richard Walters, The Bluetones & Callaghan, and performing at Glastonbury Festival & Secret Garden Party along the way.

Biography: 

The Lunar Keys are 4 anxious types from Guildford (UK) with too many tunes and nervous energy trapped in their psyches not to be in this band. The band perfected its line up in February 2020 and have had a blast ever since, honing their craft and steadily building a dedicated following. 

Previous Lunar Keys releases have enjoyed dozens of reviews and more than 475,000 views and streams.

Following on from his recently taking some time out to explore the world and to acknowledge his own struggles with ongoing issues relating to anxiety and depression, Jack Rasmussen is now back with his most honest and raw offering to date with ‘Round In Circles’.
Jack has taken the brave decision to record and release this track in a truly admirable move to try and raise awareness and break the stigma regarding Men’s Mental Health. 
Commenting on the release Jack has said:

“This song was written as a letter to myself whilst I was going through therapy in an attempt to deal with on-going trauma and the story of overcoming depression/anxiety. It's a song I hope will help all males to open up more about their mental health and thus break the stigma that sadly still very much exists”
Building on previous support and repeated plays from BBC Introducing, “Round In Circles” sees Jack producing such a stunning heart-felt track, that I defy anyone not to be moved by it.
