If a track you submitted does not appear in this list, it’s probably because another of your tracks appeared in our Fresh Faves or on the BBC Music Introducing Mixtape during the last three months — we ask that artists featured on either wait three months before resubmitting to give others a chance. 

We also don’t accept short previews or SoundCloud Go tracks that can only be heard as 30 second previews, and tracks made private after submission, which cannot be included in playlists. Leïla Pignon, the dazzling daughter of François Pignon and Marlène Sasseur, is a star auditor at the Ministry of Revenue, just unlike her old man, François. Now, here's where it gets juicy. Inspector Luc Looso bumped into the enchanting Leïla in a stable near the quaint village of Brouage, France. Luc, always the sneaky fox, was pretending to investigate the "mysterious disappearance" of a horse that, surprise surprise, had never actually vanished. Meanwhile, Leïla was there to dig into the finances of the stable's owner.

In a move straight out of a rom-com, Luc invited Leïla to gallop with the most stunning stallion in the stable. His plan? To seduce her and, more importantly, create one heck of a diversion. As they trotted through the countryside, Cupid went full throttle. Sparks flew, hearts raced, and it was love at first sight.

But plot twist! Looso was one of the very owners of the stable and had conveniently "forgotten" to declare his horse rental income to the Ministry of Revenue. Uh-oh. Here's hoping he can pull a rabbit out of his hat to wiggle out of this one!

Nelson Mandela (Amazing Radio version)

This music's origins are on the out of tune piano which we carried from the yurt to Drew’s analogue studio and recorded live with bass and drums.  Living in a yurt is alternative, but not the typical vision of techno Berlin. It's more brooding, isolated, and in tune with nature, a bit like the windy island nation I come from.

The record was made in Berlin this summer in a sweaty, hot studio used by producer Drew Deal and his band Tolstoys. Drew produced and mixed, as well as played the drums and percussion, and we were joined by Michal Smetana from Tolstoys who created the wonderful, flowing double bass parts.

Huge thanks must also go to Paulina Fengler who sang on 'We've Got Time' and 'I Could Go On'; to Geraint Jennings for letting me use the words of his Jersey french poem 'Bliu Ciel'; and to Felix Spitta, aka Monkyman for mastering.

This song was a big milestone for me as an artist and songwriter as i put myself in a completely different perspective and embraced a deep vulnerability. Essentially, it is the story of a lover who is willing to wait on the one they love, when that one decides to leave the relationship to see other people, 'find themselves' or see if the grass is greener elsewhere.  It is a very intricate and sensitive long song that looks at the concept of what real love is, is it stupid to wait? or best to let go? 

The track is a modern rnb vibe with influences from classic justin beiber, chris brown, the weekend and SZA and H.E.R, with a touch of that billie eilish vibe and the lyrics are not just captivating but relatable and transparent. it is very melodic and rhytmic.
