'Hold Her' sets the tone for what's to come. Synth-heavy textures, captivating vocal layering
and a shuffling groove come together with a third-person narrative allowing MADELEINE to comment on a romance between friends. Overcome by experiences in her past relationships, she tries to warn the male character that if he doesn’t give her what she deserves, then he’ll lose her, ‘Darling, her love is your saviour’.

Moon Mist, the new single from Toronto-based singer and multi-instrumentalist Dead Horse Beats is the first single from his new EP of the same name.

Drawing influence from mid 70s religious funk, disco and jazz fusion records, Moon Mist’s soaring string and brass crescendos weave around a story which follows a woman to a California retirement community where she endeavors to start a cult that is devoted to being laid back.

Reg liked the @StroElliot remix of his "You Go To My Head" version (as heard here: https://soundcloud.com/freshselects/reginald-chapman-you-go-to-my-head-stro-elliot-remix?in=freshselects/sets/reginald-chapman-prototype-remixes) so much that he wrote out the charts and performed it with his own band, Pressure Fit – for a cover of a remix of a cover. The inception levels run deep with this one.
