I've been on quite the journey compiling this .... 

My Dad passed away after a long arduous struggle with terminal cancer at the start of December. It's prompted so much ..there are no words .. this time has served as a deep portal of transformation 🦋 
I feel like as a collective we've had to ride some pretty intense waves hey? 🙏🦋

I've found the act of doing this so immensely grounding and as a tool to  really work through things in positive way !!  

Yes - Music saved my life !
