FREUD has always been more than just a club for felix. It represents a safe space full of ecstatic and unique moments, where conventions and norms are void without disregarding the basic values of shared community. With her sets she guides you through her inner journey, characterised by straight techno accented with melodic elements, inviting you to not only get to know yourself more, but parts of felix aswell.

"Simon Ibo is a new face of the Frankfurt techno scene. Besides mastering jobs for other artists, he was able to celebrate his first release on the Frankfurt label 'Oktogon' last year. His sound stands for an energetic and percussive groove, where sound aesthetic is clearly in the foreground."

"Francesco Framor - local DJ based in Frankfurt am Main. He started his young career with the queer collective „Mitte der Gesellschaft“. FREUD has become to his favorite club because of the unique atmosphere and the safe spaces for the lgbtq+ community. Francescos’s sound is characterized by industrial, acid and 90’s techno. His sets are driving, vibrant and invite every raver to dance."

"Lukas Dos Passos a DJ, producer and organizer based in Mannheim, Germany. In 2018 , he started his career in São Paulo's underground where he formed relationships with the Vampire Haus crew and even played for them on a few occasions. Since then, his music range has expanded into a larger spectrum from industrial to groovy Sounds. 
In his debut track Todos Nós (Original Mix) he describes his international experiences at parties in Germany and Brazil. The core message of the title is the Portuguese sentence: "todos nós nos conhecemos aqui" (We all met here). 

“We come together on the dance floor. A safe space for everyone who wants to escape from everyday life. A place where especially queer people can feel welcome. “

Back in Germany 2020, he was able to establish himself as DJ for the Gotec Club in Karlsruhe , Das Zimmer in Mannheim  and the Freud Club in Frankfurt. He was also involved in the organization of these years Queer Festival in Heidelberg. In June he made a name for himself on a multi-month Greece tour in the capital Athens where he played for the Event Suburbia in the historical walls of Zappeion. With his own queer techno event „Safado“ he brings Headliner like Patrick Mason and Imogen to his hometown."

CLUB bizarre pres. Lukas dos Passos

Dancers can always be sure of one thing when listening to Dawit Cieo, it will be a fun dance experience. He blends a variety of genres in his DJ sets, which are influenced by disco and soul and range from quirky dark disco, power house and acid to bumping Detroit techno.

Don't sleep on him and have an eye open for his next moves, since there are many unreleased Tracks, waiting to be heard by the world and many more are in the making!

CLUB bizarre pres. RQVX

In 1989 DJ T. tapped into another side of his creative energy to set up Groove Magazine. 
Under his leadership, Groove became one of Germany’s premier dance music publications, and remains so today. 
With his experience gained under the Groove Magazine banner, 
DJ T. then went on to launch the club, Monza, in Frankfurt. 
He also invested his skills and knowledge into conceiving Get Physical – 
a label which remains one of the world’s best-known houseand techno platforms.

Schon beim offiziellen FREUD Opening haben die beiden Frankfurter Urgesteine Alex Azary und Mr. Rod mit einem energetisch geladenen Set den zweiten Floor standesgemäß eingeweiht.
Nicht viele können von sich behaupten von Anfang an dabei gewesen zu sein und auch 2020, 30+ Jahre später, musikalisch noch ganz vorne dran zu sein. 

So ist es auch nicht verwunderlich, dass der international agierende Veranstalter HYTE die beiden gleich zu Beginn der Pandemie und des Lockdowns der Clubs gefragt hat, ob man nicht „onlinemässig“ etwas 
zusammen machen kann. Während sich die meisten vor allem für das Format „streaming“ und Spenden sammeln entschieden haben, sind Alex Azary und 
Mr. Rod bewusst einen anderen Weg gegangen und 
haben mit dem wöchentlichen HYTE podcast „Ahead Of The Curve“ eine neue vielbeachtete Mixserie für HYTE gestartet.
 
Umso mehr freuen Wir uns, dass sie die Zeit gefunden haben auch für das FREUD einen richtig fetten 3 Stunden Club Mix mit den Highlights der Saison die niemals stattgefunden hat abzuliefern.
