Vinilette is an electronic music artist with a past in radio, broadcasting, writing for music magazines and curation in her hometown of Barcelona and Berlin.

After concentrating on numerous styles her mission became to combine different influences - coming from the electronics of the 80’s and 90’s - in DJing and production, with a taste for the raw, obscure and old school sounds. Her obsession with the unknown, searchs to challenge the listener and herself rather than fulfill expectations.

Her productions have gained support from artists like Helena Hauff, who featured her on her CD mix for the german magazine Groove-Mag. Vinilette has released EP's, compilations, remixes and edits on labels like In The Dark Again, Frigio Records, Italo Moderni, Monika Enterprise & Fill-Lex records.

Monthly, she shares her open musical universe in the radio show Spur on teslafm.net. 

She has played played worldwide in clubs and festivals such: Sónar, Monegros, Florida135, Creamfields,The Loft (Spain) Saloon, Compufunk (Japan), Mosaique (Saint Petersburg), Farbfernseher, about: blank, Krake Festival, Griessmühle (Berlin) Golden Pudel (Hamburg), to name a few.

Boris Barksdale is an enigmatic Greek DJ and producer is based in Paris and commands a unique selection and production style. He dropped what to most is the album of the year on Phormix and follows this up with a full-length on Natural Sciences next month.
NVST, a DJ and producer that co-runs the French label Big Science where she dropped a sick EP early last year. With a busy touring schedule before the current lockdown, she also dropped music on Endless Illusion and the new launched Proxima Records.

‘Recorded mainly at Dungeon Module (1) - my last studio in London except for ‘Castle Force’ recorded at current studio Dungeon Module 2. To some extent a lost album, the bulk of the album was made for a project which never came to fruition, and like ‘A Snowstorm In The Tropics’ there’s a few tracks which have been my live sets for a few years but have never had a proper release'.

Raw emotional synth and rhythm tracks for late nights in the dungeon.

Mark Van Hoen's ninth album as Locust is a cosmic whisper, a tender touch, where candid songwriting commingles with the afterimage of trip-hop and jungle. Across eight tracks, spectral melodies dance between languid breakbeats, and a formless murmur drifts through the ether, seeking a common thread.

Layered in strata, "The First Cause" reveals itself anew with each listen. Delicate tones share space with bass weight. Drums crunch, and rhythms cascade. Voices loop and intone, bodiless. What at first seems melancholy, you may later find reoriented—toward promise.

We seek solace in each other, and we seek solace in sound. Kinship isn't easy to come by. When a record offers its kind embrace to us as this one does, without reservation, we should take heed.

Benedikt Frey is many. Or just one? He is a composer. An arranger. A DJ. A ghost producer. A fan. He plays in bands like INIT, or Dolphins or KEYS +++ produced the last two albums for Chris Imler. Downbeat in experimental dub zones. The goat for Edits and remixes. When house was his nation, he used to listen to pen names like Suedmilch or Venedikt Reyf. He still likes the music formed under their umbrella, but today his tomorrow is not echoed in yesterday. His sound signature moved on. Into the open. He founded labels like R.i.O. or Serious Trouble. 

He lives in Berlin. Physically. In mind Benedikt Frey is at many places. Traveling far thru his home studio that is a flat a studio a flat an instrument a record collection a flat a studio. Everywhere gear, vinyl, tapes, instruments, rooms for spontaneous sonic notions, these moments, when a sudden strike of stimulation falls. He is inspired a lot. For music to dance. Music for films. Music for live shows. Music for dancing glows. Techno, house, downbeat, ambient, jungle, electronics outside the norms. Those transportive ones. Jamming with others. Jamming with his mind. In Berlin Wedding, North of the town, where the lights dimmed low, neighbors share the flow, and a small river runs slow.  As a DJ he plays here, there, everywhere. Big clubs, small shacks, festivals, gatherings. From fast to 90 BPM - as he feels. 

For himself. For the crowd. In the spur. He still remembers his club kid days. Going to dance with friends. Down there in Offenbach. Doing the Robert Johnson. Collective emotions for a better tomorrow. These he still seeks. In his music. His shows. His collaborations. You can book him for a party. For enlightenment. For ecstasy or introspective perspectives. Dancing slow, whilst pirouetting a high-pitched show. 

Since more than a decade. His own music is out there, too. Bringing his spirits in sound. On his own labels. On international imprints like ESP Institute, Hivern Discs, Craigie Knowes, or Emotional Response. Solo works. Driving ones. Slow drills. Teased during his DJ dates around the planet. 

The music plays day and night. Inspiration comes. From a simple kick drum. A movie sequence. A bird on the sill. A picture, totally still. Can’t kick that feeling when it hits. Benedikt Frey. In dreams. In streams. In music. Emotions. Situations. At night. In those flashy lights, when it bites.
