This was made for Vague Audio Tapes 
Benefit Philadelphia Compilation Vol​. ​1 for Project SAFE(more info at link). https://vagueaudiotapes.bandcamp.com/album/benefit-philadelphia-compilation-vol-1.  The voice is from a guy named Tom O'Bedlam on youtube, who recites poems from various poets... I cut up single words from Bukowski, Ginsberg, and Theodore Roethke, mangling them enough that what was produced became something else entirely.
