Martín Serbali is a progressive DJ and producer from Rosario, Argentina, known for crafting dark, atmospheric sets that balance emotion with energy. Influenced by Guy J and John Digweed, his playing style blends progressive with touches of minimal, deep tech, and deep house, always adapting to the moment.

Since 2021, Martín has released on respected labels such as Mango Alley, Juicebox, Traful, Droid9, One of a Kind, and AH Digital, with support from some of his favorite artists like Hernan Cattaneo, Sahar Z, Simon Vuarambon, Ezequiel Arias, Mariano Mellino and John Cosani to name a few. His music has been played at iconic Argentine venues including Metropolitano, Forja, and Mandarine Park, where standout moments include opening for Mariano Mellino and Ezequiel Arias at Metropolitano. Whether at home or abroad, Martin’s goal is simple: to create immersive journeys where people can dance, connect, and lose themselves in the present.

Alzaya Records is the brainchild of Milanese party starters Volantis and Nicodemo. The duo have been deeply enmeshed in the Italian dance underground for a number of years, via their sets, radio shows, and parties held across Milan. They joined forces in 2019 to create Alzaya records, which focuses on Italo, balearic, and other enveloping sounds from across the dance music spectrum. Their latest release, a tidy seven tracker from Volantis called Milano-Johannesburg,  sees Alessandro push the boat out once more. We celebrate the sound of Alzaya with an enveloping b2b mix from the duo.

Premiere IUM: Fragments - Mahkina

The rising producer @acidgigi delivers his first solo EP on our label.
A brave debut during the toughest times for the electronic scene, yet an anthem to the desire to be part of the world of clubbing.
The EP shifts towards a cinematic sound with UK garage inflections, hypnotic voices and a tasteful breakbeat lure.
Everything leans on a dark wave sensation that does not allow to fully understand Acidgigi.

Remix by @closetyi is a collaborative joining between transonic synthesizers from the original track with configurative plots of old school bass lines and abstract effect automations. Embracing the deep sounds of Juno and other instruments dissolved into Acidgigi’s own production, Closet kept the original subtleness but gave a darker twist so it can find a nice balance within the whole EP.
Feeling that the key elements of ‘Hypersomnia’ is the dreamy elements of the synths which both suits well for a night-time runner and day-time refresher, the remix extends those vibes to a more druggy experience of transporting illuminations with vibrant acid lines and muddy percussions on top.

IN DEPTH

Hypersomnia is the scientific word used to refer to all sleep-related disorders.
With insomnia nothing is real. Suffering from insomnia means you are far away from people’s regular lives.
Through insomnia, you feel a deep connection with night, you are obsessed by the night.
It’s fascinating, it’s my world. Through music, i want to translate this dimension into a ritual. The manic obduracy of our mind to fabricate thoughts, reasonings and definitions. Its rejection to abdicate in front of the divine unconsciousness of closed eyes or the wise madness of dreams.
