Diskjokke is back with a future disco extraordinaire two-tracker on Oslo label badabing.diskos... 

His musical works since 2006 includes escapades on Prins Thomas's ́Full Pupp ́, indie label ́Smalltown Supersound ́, minimal house label ́Kindisch ́ and the legendary norwegian space house label ́Luna Flicks ́. His three superb album releases and remixes of indie acts such as Metronomy and The XX has certainly made his mark on the scene, always led by his complex, weird and wonderful take on club music; melodic and cinematic, but always with house clubs in mind. Diskjokke has played everywhere from Panoramabar Berlin to Space Ibiza and Liquid Room Tokyo. 
́
Hear no evil ́ is an electro funk house banger, where tention is drawn from minimal dub disco randomness, heavy on the 2 ́s and 4 ́s, to the reliefng melodic patterns that makes the classic Diskjokke-sound. Dubbed out disco house from planets yet to be found. 

This EP brings a completely new take on club music, although honouring its inspirations from funk, disco, dub and house in its finest ways.

Longtime friends and musical collaborators Max Essa and Eddie C join the RNT fold with a 4 tracker of melancholic and exquisitely produced chilled out disco. Begun as a lockdown project, the We Live In The Hills EP explores a vast palette of sonic soundscapes, from the shimmering guitars and acid lines of Melon Stepping, to the insistent rolling bass and whimsical synths of Save Me, the deep funk of the EP’s title track, and the late nite driving soundtrack stylings of Sixth Bridge. This EP tells a hopeful story of emerging from isolation and doubt, like a lovely musical sunrise after a long dark night.

У світі останніх подій не хочу нудити в описі до міксу, скажу лиш одне – наше життя зараз, це як ця обкладинка. Великий тягар, який звалився на голову, як хвилі у португальському Назаре. І ці хвилі несуть тебе вже третій рік, де немає кінця і краю. Єдина терапія для мене, що не дає зійти з розуму - це музика. Тому  36 -й епізод у стандартному вигляді чекає на прослуховування, де мало бути душевне диско, а вийшло трошки електронно, як і все зазвичай останнім часом у мене. Тем не менш, маю надію це не вплине на загальне сприйняття, а лиш тільки виграє від цього. Тому, рідненькі, якщо це якось відволіче, заспокоїть та наповнить – буду щасливий, якщо це зайве, то не обов’язково слухати, прийму з розумінням. У любому випадку, буду радий підтримці у вигляді коментарів, рекомендацій, поширюванню, та прослуховуванню.
