From Ruins are a modern metal band hailing from Country Antrim, Northern Ireland. 

The quartet has released two EPs to date: their 2023 debut ‘Inner Demons’ and 2024’s ‘Poison for Your Soul’, both of which resonated deeply with metal aficionados in Ireland, the UK, and beyond. Among their standout tracks, ‘The Cure’ was played on BBC Radio 1’s Introducing Rock show, hosted by Alyx Holcombe, further cementing the band’s rising status in the underground Irish metal scene.

2025 has seen From Ruins take their explosive sound live, reaching the final of Northern Ireland’s Bloodstock Metal 2 the Masses – leading Rock ‘N’ Load Magazine to anoint them as "one of Northern Ireland’s hottest properties on the metal scene right now."
