In this year of things falling apart, Drumcorps goes leaner & meaner, keeping a certain tenderness & melodic sparkle. There's only one way, and so we hear Aaron picking up scream duties for the first time, as well as the rest of the instruments. The transition from the old days of hyper-sampling is complete, and now the mashup forces are focused on deconstructing original work as soon as it's made. Build to destroy, to remake anew.

There's an ocean of harsh noise, electronic textures, sub-bass & jungle breaks, but all elements are concise & to the point, serving the song first. It's all woven carefully into the flow, built into the tunes as integral elements of a whole.

Thematically it's a willingness to engage with the darkest reality, but an outright refusal to yield to cynicism - essentially hardcore punk filtered through a diversity of experience and influence. A soundtrack for our remaining time in late-stage capitalism. For fans of hardcore, metal, d-beat, noise, and electronic soundsystem culture alike, there's common ground, and a way forward. Isn't what it's all about?

I really wanted to make something fresh and futuristic for my DJ sets that would take the familiar Don Diablo sound to the next level. Once I finished the basic foundation of the song things started to fall in place and I got a brain wave. I have always been looking for a way to implement Fatboy Slim's "Right Here Right Now" sample into my sets because those four words are so simple but also extremely powerful at the same time. When I tested it out for the first time the reactions blew my mind so I decided to make it my next release straight away!

Metal-Breakcore producer from Odessa, Ukraine. 

The project started in 2007 with a track "Into The Fire" which combined Jungle-Breakcore and hard guitar riffs. An already ﻿well-known song of Deep Purple in ﻿rendition of famous for that time band Amatory got wide popularity among fans of hard and electronic music. The track became popular ﻿in a flash and even became a soundtrack for a computer game. The following years were very rich for the project - ﻿participation in a few ﻿compilations with remixes on Botch, Soulfly, Ill Nino, Static-X, Moshpit, Metallica, Serj Tankian and Korn, tens of performances on parties and festivals, among those was also Red Alert (the biggest rock festival in Ukraine), and publications in press gave Frontcore the status of the one of the most ﻿extraordinary and interesting projects in Ukraine.
