Seit dem hat sich viel getan. Sein Baby ist erwachsen geworden und ist zu einem festen Bestandteil der Psy Szene in Deutschland mutiert.

Omveda Records introduces Portugese producer Renato Moreira a.k.a. LAB.

Renato Moreira was born in 1984 in Lisbon, Portugal. Starting his route in the electronic music field in 1998, he begun to gain a taste for computorized production in that same year using Rebirth 1.0.
Evolving in 2000 into the use of hosts like FL Studio, Cakewalk Sonar, Ableton Live and more recently to Cubase 5, he first had experiences in genres of electronic like breakbeat,downtempo and house, before turning to the more dark path of psychedelic trance in his selftitled project LAB, influenced by the upcoming wave of russian sounds. LAB..s music is based on fast passed and groove full beats, inducing futuristic ambiences and breaks, featuring powerful mental twisting leads!

In the last 6 years, LAB has performed Live Acts and DJ Sets all over the world, in festivals and parties located in places like: Everywhere, Portugal; Warsaw and Gdynia, Poland; Stockolm, Sweden; Prague, Czech Republic; Gent and Antwerp, Belgium; Innsbruck, Austria; New York, USA; Austin, Texas, USA; San José, Costa Rica.

LAB has cooperated in many production projects (new tracks and remixes) from and with artists such as Ocelot, Simian, Zik, Orestis, Claw , CPC, Mubali, Gu, Twisted Kala, Kiryiama, Malice in Wonderland, Mania-X and Illow .
Numerous releases have also been out in the last years in compilations in CD format, 2 Digital EP’s and one Full Length album called “Roleplayers”, with labels such as: No Comment Records, En Sof, D-A-R-K, Darklife Records, Deviant Force Records, MoonStation Records, Triplag, Golden Dawn Records, 5th Element Records, 6362 Metaforce, Dead of Night Records

Currently, LAB is straight cooperation with the labels No Comment Records from Poland, Devilsmind Records from Sweden, Quest4goa from Portugal and Deviant Force Records based in Munich, Germany.
Recently, LAB has finished compiling the CD “VA: Laboratorium” for No Comment Records, containing 10 unreleased tracks of many new and old artists in the Psytrance scene.

In parallel, LAB is producing Downtempo, Breaks and Progressive with a new project called Unikorp, wich will also release the first digital EP in September 2011 for the french label Pyratrance Records.

Psilocyburns es un productor de psytrance escocés de la ciudad costera de Stonehaven, donde estuvo involucrado en el colectivo de psytrance conocido como Dark Forest. En colaboración con varios otros colectivos de toda Escocia, Dark Forest brindó experiencias psicodélicas de primer nivel para todos aquellos que aman relajarse y divertirse con amigos.

Después de solo un par de años como DJ, decidió crear sus propios sonidos y lanzó su primer EP: Stoney Roots. Desde entonces, firmó con Digital Shamans Records, lanzó varias pistas en varios VA y recientemente lanzó su nuevo EP, Jungle Rollers. Paralelamente, ha actuado en escenarios de todo el Reino Unido y ha experimentado su primer concierto internacional en Freaky Moon Party en Ginebra, Suiza.

Habiendo cultivado su sonido a lo largo de los años, Psilocyburns se inspira en sonidos psicodélicos crudos y de alta energía que te dan una explosión de energía cuando pensabas que no te quedaba nada para dar y una sonrisa en tu rostro.

Third Eye es su nuevo EP de remixes incluido en este set, contiene cuatro pistas colaborativas, que abarca múltiples sellos como Looney Moon, Purple Hexagon, Woo-Dog, Forestdelic y Psynon Records.

Psilocyburns is a Scottish psytrance producer from the coastal town of Stonehaven, where he was involved in the psytrance collective known as Dark Forest. In collaboration with several other collectives from around Scotland, Dark Forest delivered top tier psychedelic experiences for all those who love cutting loose and having a blast with friends.

After only a couple years of DJ’ing, he decided to create his own sounds and came out with his first EP: Stoney Roots. Since then, he has signed with Digital Shamans Records, releasing several tracks across various VA’s and recently coming out with his newest EP, Jungle Rollers. Alongside this, he has performed at stages across the UK and experienced his first international gig at Freaky Moon Party in Geneva, Switzerland.

Having cultivated his sound over the years, Psilocyburns draws inspiration from raw, high energy psychedelic sounds that give you a burst of energy when you thought you had nothing left to give and a smile on your face.

Third Eye is the new remix EP included in this set, it contains four collaborative tracks, spanning multiple labels such as Looney Moon, Purple Hexagon, Woo-Dog, Forestdelic and Psynon Records.
