About “The Family Reunion”
We are honored to announce the first-ever AfterShock compilation album: The Family Reunion! This album is packed with 12 singles from our friends and family ranging from all genres. 50% of the album's proceeds will also be donated to our beneficiary, Climate Justice Alliance (CJA) Climate Justice Alliance, in their efforts of building local alternatives that center traditional ecological and cultural knowledge and create a pathway for a regenerative future. We did this as a final tribute to our environmental focus for this year's AfterShock Family Cleanup initiative. Big love to all the groups that helped us!

Westwood is proud to welcome one of the greatest voices in hip hop, Chali 2na (of Jurassic 5 fame), to the family! Already being named the official MIXMAG "Tune Of The Month" for their September 2014 issue, "Do This For You feat. Chali 2na" is set to be our biggest release to date! Featuring vocals from the legend himself and boasting production work from Canadian powerhouses, The Funk Hunters, and Germany's own funk maestros, CMC & Silenta, the track is the result of yet another exciting international Westwood collaboration. 

Fusing the best elements of hip hop, funk, breaks, and electronic bass music, "Do This For You" is a 110bpm party starter that's been tried and tested at festivals all summer long. While the original is sure to satisfy, The Funk Hunters have also cooked up a longer VIP CLUB MIX complete with new build ups and bass drops aimed at DJs looking for a club or festival floor smasher!
