 Varuna believes that music heals the glow of the soul and the look of the heart, these need to be rejuvenated, as long as there is consciousness and life. Each of us has a part of us that pleases, and another part that screams at ourselves; a part that tames us and another that is fierce and voracious in our minds. The path of art increases the brightness of the soul. Serving well, the noblest mission of actions, shines in us.
Varunal, a psychological musical expression, brings a unique sound identity to a period focused on a narrative, on a story through sound. He is also low tempo listener, collector and occasional producer of downtempo music (downbeat or electronic beat main characteristic, as the name implies, is to have a fast and danceable tempo (called) uptempo) giving way to more spaced rhythm patterns so that so they can be filled in by melodic and harmonic lines more concisely. An eclectic mix of strong performances, obscure textures and hybrid landscapes, dark textures and soundscapes. It is a thoughtful, mysterious, dark elegy of sound with many sounds layered with atmospheres on top, always driving and with some magicdelic inside.

 Varuna acredita que a música cura o brilho da alma e do olhar do coração, esses precisam ser rejuvenescidos, enquanto existir consciência e vida. Cada um de nós tem em si uma parte que agrada, e outra que grita consigo mesmo; uma parte que nos amansa e outra que é feroz e voraz de nossas mentes. O caminho aumenta o brilho da alma. O bem servir, mais nobre missão das ações, resplandece em nós.

Varuna representa uma expressão musical psicodélico, traz uma identidade sonora única formada por um longo período de estudos focado em uma narrativa, em contar uma história através do som. Ele também é um ouvinte, colecionador e produtor ocasional de música downtempo (também downbeat ou baixo tempo) é um estilo de música eletrônica cuja principal característica, como o próprio nome entrega, é ter um andamento calmo, As usuais batidas rápidas e dançantes (chamadas de uptempo) dão lugar a padrões de ritmo mais espaçados para que assim possam ser preenchidos por linhas melódicas e harmónicas mais concisamente. Apresenta uma mistura eclética de analógico, acustico híbrido, texturas obscura e distorcidas, linhas de baixo fortes, leads expressivos, pads coloridos e paisagens sonoras. É uma elegia de som pensativa, misteriosa, sombria por ter muitos sons com camadas de atmosferas por cima, sempre dirigindo e com alguma magia psicodélica por dentro.

I am specifically interested in situations where composers anticipate and strategize future third-party remixing of their compositions as part of a larger and complex rhetorical strategy that plays out across physical and digital spaces. We find this type of thinking—the asking of “how might the text be rewritten?” and “why, where, and for whom might this text be rewritten?”—an increasingly important set of questions in a digital age characterized, for instance, by swift, easy, and deep web searching and by copying and pasting practices. 

COLLAGE ::  Artistic compositions of materials and objects pasted and/or sewn/woven over and through surfaces, often with unifying and/or juxtaposing structures, lines, colors, themes in order to create textured, alive, amplified spaces.
