desire is proud to announce the release of subtitled debut album by Italian synth-wave masters Newclear Waves. 

Hailing from Rome, exploring droned out electro pop territories with an interest for a refreshing hyperactive 80s New Wave, Newclear Waves’ soundscapes seem to surround a fruitful visual-graphical imaginary which deals with mass consumption, apocalyptic visions, weird machineries, post-modernism and the order of chaos. A promising new coming in the universe of home made electronic avant-gardism.

B4 Tishina

A song I did in 1997 using an Ensoniq ESQ-1 for sounds and sequencing (8 tracks), and an EMU ESI32 sampler. 

Nearly all the sounds and samples were created from scratch except for a few drums. 

The liquid sounds are sounds I created on the ESQ-1.   Curtis chips, and analog filters! 

Mixed on the fly direct from ESQ-1 to single track DAT. (Might cut some parts out- it's a bit over-long.)

This is a naughty (unofficial) bootleg/remix of what is my personal favorite track of all time. Hope I haven't ruined it for other DM fans... I know we can all be a bit 'precious' ;-)

Psychedelic Furs cover of the haunting 'Sister Europe'.  With avant-cellist/vocalist Zoë Keating, and Dario Slavazza on sax, Jane Woodman (guitar/voc/synth) produced a version redone with a brit/industrial/gaze frosting. Available on coloured vinyl 7" and/or digital download.

Here's a track from Glasshouse back in 1995! The first band that Geoff Pinckney and myself were in together along with Ian Davies. Glasshouse supported Gary Numan in 1991, 1992 and 1996. Glasshouse later became The Nine when I left to join Shockwork.
