For more than a decade Hilight Tribe has been touring the world with their Live Natural Trance performance. They deliver a dynamic message of Peace, Unity and Positive Vibes between people and cultures.
"The Best of Hilight Tribe" is a musical journey which reveals the bands' vision, dreams and hopes. From Maha Wave their first album recorded in Ibiza on top of a mountain to Free Tibet which marked several generations and Shankara which became a world wide hit, the group has relentlessly  continued to enlighten our lives and fulfill our dreams.
During his life time, their producer Jean Marc Landau from Kosmik Hoboes prod. dedicated his resources, time and energy to integrate Hilight Tribe as an instrumental band in the electronic scene. Today his dream lives on and the six members of the band have become the epicentre of the organic dance culture and the tribal ambassadors of the electronic age!

Free Tibet

Up until this point only heard live and on Penta's Live Set Mix at Ozora Festival, this 2011 piece used to be called "Once-a-year Dubstep", but I felt the name didn't make much sense, since I am not making dubstep, certainly not once-a-year. Besides, this is mostly trance. "Meow" is actually the original name of the track, so here we go. Releasing this track on SoundCloud since I was never satisfied with this rough mix and the hard drive died shortly.
