About Vrama: 
Growing under the wings of the ASAN collective Vrama first appeared at parties in Instant club as a representative of heavy bass music. He is now almost a determinative member of the underground bass music scene. He is a regular performer at nightclubs in Budapest, but we could have met him at the Malom Festival and Bass Camp. His close relationship with UK culture strongly influences his taste in music, that’s why he got really into dubstep, grime and the UK garage genres.
He’s mostly looking for a deep-toned melancholy but also a raw refined sound in the music and all of that comes back in his music productions. Over the years, his compositions have been featured in selections and separate Eps such as Dead Pest Records, LDH Records and Sub Garden. His commitment and professionalism towards these bass music genres are also shown by the fact that he also participates in many projects with which he wants to maintain the culture of the trend in Hungary. Just a few mentions: 140 Budapest selection, released together with Bergi, and his monthly podcast the Vramazuri Show.

VRAMA - promo mix #1 - Frozen Plates presents Deep Dubstep

After more than 20 releases, it can be said that Frozen Plates is a well-established dubstep record label and brand. The imprint aims to keep the physical format alive and vital, while keeping underground music resolutely for the underground. Frozen Plates has been strongly supported by leading dubstep curator duo Deep Tempo, whilst having been nominated for “Best New Label” honors in 2020. All FZP releases are highly rated and regarded in the global dubstep community, and among vinyl collectors the world over.




Peter Kovacs 又名FrozenDub（凍配音），是一位來自匈牙利東部的專業考古學家，但他更樂意自稱為音樂癮君子。

他認為真正的dubstep從未成為主流音樂，dubstep的核心族群ㄧ直都是地下音樂的死忠派。

他執著於深沉，黑暗，tribal音樂元素，蒐藏ㄧ些些簡樸的黑膠，收集的網路數位音樂更是蔚為可觀。當他開始玩dubstep時，他決定使用真正的地下曲目，並用網路freebies來豐富他的set。在印尼待了一年之後，他調整了放歌風格，並使用tribal及深沉的元素讓他的playlist更豐富多元。

來到台北之後，他與志同道合的bass死忠派交朋友。透過FrozenDub，他的同名部落格，他積累了一批忠實的讀者和聽眾。

Péter Kovács aka FrozenDub 冻配音 is a professional archaeologist and self-avowed music junkie from east Hungary. He is of the opinion that dubstep has never been mainstream, and that the dubstep massive, at its very core, remains firmly underground.

He prefers deep, dark and tribal sounds, and owns a humble vinyl collection as well as a sizable freebie selection. When he started playing dubstep he decided to use real underground tracks, with occasional freebies to round out his sound.

After one year in Indonesia he revised his style and enriched his playlist with tribal and meditative elements. Currently he finds himself in Taipei, making friends with likeminded bass heads. And via FrozenDub, his blog of the same name, he’s amassed a coiterie of faithful readers and listeners.
