I didn’t leave my body today.
I stayed.

I lay down and let the world soften.
Not because it asked me to.
But because it finally could.

There were hands — not doing, not fixing.
Just knowing where to be.
And my breath learned again
that it doesn’t have to guard anything.

Pain didn’t disappear suddenly.
It loosened.
Like something that had been waiting
for permission to go.

I laughed when it tickled.
I laughed because my body remembered
that joy can come
when tension leaves.

I felt held without being defined.
Touched without being reduced.
Seen without being asked to perform.

Something inside me opened.
Not dramatically.
Just naturally.
Like a flower that knows it’s safe now.

I slept for a moment.
And when I woke up,
everything was quieter
and more possible.

Where care becomes light.
Where the body trusts again.
Where nothing needs to be proven.
