For DAEV, trance music wasn’t just a discovery — it was a calling. At just 10 or 11 years old, the hypnotic rhythms and euphoric melodies of trance struck something deep, unlocking an emotional connection that’s stayed with him ever since. It wasn’t about trends or scenes — it was about feeling. Pure, immersive feeling.

Cutting his teeth on a pair of Numark decks and a no-name German mixer snagged from eBay, DAEV’s early mixing sessions were raw but full of passion. Every month, he’d make the pilgrimage to Hard to Find Records, happily blowing an entire month’s wages on vinyl — chasing that next track that would move him.

Trance was more than music — it was a bond. Shared with his brother, it became a core part of their identity, and eventually, the foundation of something bigger: Trance In Motion. Born from a desire to shift the spotlight away from egos and back onto the music itself, Trance In Motion is a night for true believers. No gimmicks Just powerful, uplifting trance the way it was meant to be experienced — with open hearts and closed eyes.
