From the very first time i heard Hydra - Affinity many years ago, i fell in love with the record. For me it's the perfect Trance track in many ways.
Fast forward to 2014 and i found myself in a situation where i was given permission to remix the track by Steve himself.
I wanted (as most cases with my classic remix's) to stay true to the original and bring it up to date with my own techniques and style.
Myself and Steve are really pleased with the remix and Armada have even picked it up for a future compilation which will be out this year.

"Different Voices" is a hypnotic journey into Uplifting Trance, where powerful stabs and a rolling bassline guide the listener through fast-paced rhythms, while plucks and ethereal leads shape dreamy melodies. The intro and outro explode with energy, creating a perfect contrast with the dreamy atmospheres that envelop the heart of the song.

"Different Voices" is part of an EP that also includes a remix by Fernweh—another Uplifting gem, with celestial pads and a melancholy piano-dominated breakdown that sets the stage for an epic, dreamy drop.

This is a dancefloor anthem, but also an escape into a luminous and emotional soundscape, where every note tells a story.
