DJ of Progressive/Trance/Techno his sets are a melodic journey full of energy through hypnotic atmospheres within progressive house, melodic techno and trance, having as references and influence great exponents of both genres.

Juan Manuel Perotti comenzó su afición por la escena trance mundial en 1994, año en que surgieron muchos compilados con Himnos del género entre los que se pueden mencionar For an Angel de Paul Van Dyk, o Café del Mar de NRG 52 entre otros… A su vez en ése entonces Cattaneo lo influyó primero con su música trance pero más Inglesa, del sello Perfecto Records, y luego lo movilizó totalmente la escena de Alberto Lencina y los compilados europeos que salían de Epic Trance y Melodyc Trance. Su fuerte princípal es el actual Uplifting Trance derivado de los anteriores, caracterizado por la melodía completamente emocional de sintetizadores, las cuales captaron y atrajeron por completo su atención. 
Comenzó con su carrera de dj en el año 1997, empezando por los tracks más conocidos de diversos subgéneros de la escena dance pero actualmente, y a medida que fue pasando el tiempo, dejó lo más conocido por lo más Underground inclinándose totalmente por completo al género Trance. Actualmente cuenta con amplia experiencia en eventos en los que tocó. 
Cabe destacar que compartió cabina con Alberto Lencina, Carlos Ruiz, Marcell Stone (Brasil), Active Pulse, Allen & Envy, Fergie & Sadrian, entre otros.  
En sus sets se remarca gran selección y oído musical, innovando permanentemente y experimentando con fusiones que van desde incluir Uplifting Trance muy emotivo y emocional con grandes éxitos y remakes / reboots Tech-Trance, “Himnos al Corazón” y “Joyas” como remix del Vincello de Pavarotti, o algún remix de Phill Collins, realizados por excelentes artistas que respetan siempre la esencia de los mismos, generando mística y sorprendiendo al público en momentos inesperados de un set. Actualmente tiene en su haber My Family como producción propia.            
2015 - Warm-Up internacional en Critical State @ Blow compartiendo cabina junto a Fergie &  Sadrian, Allen & Envy (Inglaterra) y Pablo Añón (Australia). 
JProjekt continúa desarrollando su capacidad de productor y siempre se muestra abierto a aprender e innovar en la escena electrónica sumando incursiones en el genero ProgressivePsyTrance y Psytrance.
