Cesar Merveille first emerged in 2003 with a release on Circus Company, beginning a prolific career that would see him become a key figure on esteemed labels like Cadenza and Visionquest. His partnership with Cadenza was particularly pivotal, propelling him onto the global stage and allowing his music to command dancefloors worldwide. This success also led to collaborations with Ryan Crosson, resulting in two full-length albums for Visionquest that explored textures beyond the club.

Now based in Berlin, Cesar has fully embraced a hands-on, hardware-based production approach. This creative energy inspired his label, Roche Madame, a tribute to his roots that fosters collaboration. He also co-founded the band Midiminuit, where he merges modular synthesis with jazz and classical instrumentation to craft a unique, boundary-pushing sound.

Throughout his career, Ft Mode has shared the stage with a wide range of international heavyweights such as Sven Väth, Len Faki, Dyed Soundorom, Ben Sims, Alexkid, Dubfire, Ellen Allien, Guy Gerber, Maya Jane Coles, Matthias Tanzmann, and Hector, to name a few. His sets have also been featured on respected platforms like Kiss FM, Cadenza Records, Ibiza Global Radio, and others.

His style continues to evolve — whether that be latin tech house or minimal house to underground deep house to disco-infused grooves — always rooted in a passion for sharing music that moves people. Whether it's a sun-soaked rooftop or a dark, late-night club, Ft Mode brings an infectious energy and deep musical knowledge to every set.
