Instrumental information: 
LEASING RIGHTS ($40.00): 
With leasing rights you can use the track for only non-commercial purposes. This is perfect for demos, mixtapes, websites, etc. Leasing rights can be sold multiple times. The Producer owns all rights to the track(s) and must be credited properly. The Licensee also agrees to refrain from editing the Instrumental that is being licensed in this agreement, by changing the arrangement of the Instrumental or by removing any melodies, instruments, drum programming or sounds that are contained 
within the Instrumental.

HALF EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS ($60.00): 
You and the producer will own 50% of the rights to the track, which means you that you can do as you please with the instrumental and the track cannot be sold again unless, there is an artist that wants to purchase the instrumental for a higher price than what you paid for. The benefit of this is that you still have a chance to bid with the other buyer until the there is a final offer. In the end the producer must be credited properly after purchase. 
If the Instrumental includes samples, the Licensee understands that the sequence and music arrangement is considered original work. Samples may not be cleared before composition, and Licensee is required seek clearance for the samples. The Licensee is responsible for clearing all samples used (if any) and that the Licensor cannot and will not be held liable for the misuse of any sampled material that the Licensee uses in conjunction with the 
composition/arrangement that is being licensed in this agreement.

FULL EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS (STARTING @ $250.00): 
You will own exclusive rights to the track, which means you, can do as you please with the instrumental. The track is released to you and cannot be sold again. You gain all rights to the track(s) but the producer must be credited properly, "Team Absolute" for any and all distributed material. This can be done verbally (through recorded vocals on the Master Recording) or written in or on the CD booklet or outside cover. Your instrumental will be delivered via .ZIP in high quality wav format. All tracks/sounds will be separated (tracked out). Therefore the composition can be arranged to fit your song exclusively. All tags will be removed. If the Instrumental includes samples, the Licensee understands that the sequence and music arrangement is considered original work. With an Album Deal a specific amount of tracks (after coming to an agreement on # of tracks and amount of payment and date) will be produced specifically for you and no one else. You will gain all rights to the produced tracks when completed; the producer must be credited properly. This is best if putting together a full album.
