Now who can know Christ Jesus? Two aspects of the Son?
As God, God is His Father, as man God is His God. 
For our sake, and in our place, did hang this perfect One  
Then risen and ascended, in glory, far above

By Jesus’ resurrection, believers now became,
The brothers to the Firstborn, God’s life, they now obtain
In each one is the Treasure, their spirits now contain
God’s own pure divine nature, with Jesus’ life humane

Each man who calls ‘Lord Jesus’, believing deep inside
Is joined to Him in spirit, as branches with a vine.
The life pulse from the Head, down in Christ’s Body ever flows
Now Christ who is the person, the one new man does show

Our God is moving onward in His economy
No more just praise His mercy, we’re blessed with all of these:
selection, incarnation, and life imparting
We’re graced in His Beloved, the Head over all things.
