In this „VISION OF“ episode we‘re presenting you the Cologne based DJ duo @gutta_bff & @maxwell_bff.
Together with two friends they founded the event series "BFF" (@bff_cgn) in 2018, but have been part of the local scene for many many years.
Known for their broad taste in music, the two are picking up the pace with this energy packed 80 minute mix.
Starting with some 90’s house & garage records, Gutta & Maxwell working their way up to some more driven club sounds including an unreleased cut by @maxwell_bff & @jonaslandwehr and some exclusive @hade-1 footwork madness.
This mix pretty much reflects what to expect when you catch these guys playing in the club.

Weclome to "ST. WAV" Episode 5 presented by klympt, who lives in Aachen where he is making moves as part of @tbainfo, a young dj collective that stands for genre defying high energy sound fit for a new generation that is taking over the clubs. Emerging from the Düsseldorf Dubstep scene in 2014, klympt aka @emittr knows his way with sub heavy tracks and gives a display of his more recent (still very much british) influences ranging from UK Bass to Speed Garage.

When you really think about it, it only makes perfect sense to have Lemyn take up the next slot within Hyper Violet Sequences. Her full throttle audio assault back at our debut event in March was one we have not forgotten in a hurry. 

The Leeds based DJ is a genius at blending gritty breaks alongside bass heavy selections with ghetto-tech curveballs gaurunteed. One of the key things about her musical style is that whilst she knows how to tough it out on the decks, she never loses the element of fun within her mixes.

This is one whole hour of Lemyn at her absolute pinnacle!

Das Krake Festival feiert sich 2022 über mehrere Tage und Locations vom 12. bis 21. August selbst und ist nach zwei Jahren Pandemie und einer volldigitalen und einer hybriden Ausgabe endlich wieder in der komplett analogen Welt angekommen. Ebenfalls in der physischen Welt ist das Kollektiv none/such mittlerweile anzutreffen, allerdings erst seit neuestem, da das junge interdisziplinäre Label vor Corona schlicht nicht existierte. Wie es sich anfühlt wenn man nach den Lockdowns das erste Mal das eigene Publikum trifft und wie man aus mehreren Städten und über die Kontinente hinweg Clubszenen bespielt, könnt ihr im Interview nachlesen. During a year in France, Aino DJ finally got the courage to step behind a turntable and started mixing for fun. Since then, she has played in clubs like Gewölbe and Jaki and has made first steps outside of her homebase with gigs at Melt Festival and Silbergold, Frankfurt.The cologne based DJ plays a selection of a whole variety of different subgenres, always rooted in a dynamic mixture of electro, breaks, techno and more. She loves to twist her sets into unexpected directions and never just focuses on one genre, unwilling to fulfill expectations regarding the sound she plays.
