Starting the compilation in Singapore, Fzpz is an electronic music producer who marries jazz and boom bap influences in his modern take on electronic music. His music consists of bass heavy and synth elements, which allude a sort of mystical and relaxing vibe. 

His production for the compilation is heavily inspired by the cityscapes of New York and turning its clockwork organised chaos into an impressionistic four on the floor groove.

After successful launched of the compilation series, with the support of many international atists like Move D, Soichi Terada, Kamma & Masalo, Camion Bazar, Yoshi Horino, Merve, Chida, Yu Su… 

The volume 2 will be out on June 16th with 8 artists from 7 different asian countries. 

FuFu Records A&R (@MLCH) presents ‘88 - Double Happiness’ project, a compilation series of 8 tracks from Asian electronic music artists.
88 - Double Happiness comprises a mix of well-know artists and emerging talented producers who are showcasing the new sounds of Asia. It sonically explores the electronic musical scene coming all the diversity of Asian countries.
With artists coming from Philippines, India, South Korea, Hong Kong, Pakistan, Singapore & China, ‘88 - Double Happiness’ features artists such as Fzpz, Saint Guel, Mignon, Joi Lan, Rudoh, Zokkuma, Temple Rat & Dj Doggy. 
Each artist brought their own flavour to the compilation with their unique sounds and dance-worthy beats.

In 2021, FuFu Records has established a partnership with the NGO: One Tree Planted (onetreeplanted.org/collections/asia) 80% of the sales will go to one of the Asian’s projects of the NGO to help support the reforestation and rebuild the habitat of critically endangered species. 

The goal is to reach a minimum of 880 trees planted for the year.
