Musicista polistrumentista, autore e compositore, diplomato al Conservatorio San Pietro a Majella di Napoli in Musica Elettronica e Nuove Tecnologie si mette alla prova proponendo un pop di qualità dal sapore lo-fi che rimanda a tutto il filone indie italiano e straniero.
Selezionato al _resetfestival 2020 tra i progetti più interessanti del panorama italiano.

Nella musica di Stefanelli si sentono convergere tutte le sue anime di in un unico universo fatto di Detune, Chorus, di musica elettronica e passione per Peter Hook (bassista e cofondatore dei Joy Division e New Order) ed il mondo del sample drum.

Il 16 Aprile 2021 pubblica No Coffe, il suo primo ep.

Stefanelli, classe 1990, inizia il percorso musicale all'interno dei Kafka Sulla Spiaggia, giovane band energica dal sound fresco che vanta, dal 2013 al 2019, 3 dischi all'attivo (2 album e 1 ep) licenziati dalla Octopus Records di Giuseppe Fontanella(24GRANA).
La band viene annunciata tra i finalisti del concorso nazionale Premio De Andrè per l'edizione del 2018 con il brano Keysha. 

Dal 2019 è il bassista della band Blindur, label La Tempesta Dischi, con la quale prende parte ad un importante tour nazionale di presentazione del lavoro discografico"A"(2019). Inoltre pubblica nel 2020, con la stessa formazione, l'ep dal titolo 3000remiX e successivamente l'ep Il punto di rottura.
La band è vincitrice di Musicultura 2020 aggiudicandosi il premio AFI e il premio della Critica.

Fugama is a narrative path. Music and lyrics tends to describe a fragmented nocturnal reality. 
The narrator's word is in a constant conflict with a mute interlocutor hidden in the folds of things.
Fugama is an electronic project. It was born with a mimetic vision of sound: the low traffic, the rain on the roofs, the TV’s voices, the rhythm of the escalators in action.
Fugama is an idea. The boredom of a consolatory art that dominates the cultural business in Italy, and in our city in particular, projects us to look for other shapes and new provocations.
Fugama is pop. We do not want to play magnets in deconsacrated churches, we will not play dog barks that blend in the feedback of beaten pencils on a deer's head. We seek a contact.
