My attorney would like me to assure you this song is in no way shape or form about Pac-Man. It is a song about the crippling addiction I was experiencing in 1981. It was not an attempt to cash in on the video game craze. The rumors dog me to this day.

I was under the impression I was doing the theme song for a film about werewolves called 'The Wolfening." I heard something about Werewolves In Chile. I assumed it was a riff on American Werewolf in London. I was duped! My agent said it would be a little commercial. It turns out I was doing the music for a little commercial, but I'd already signed the paycheck, so I did what I always do: Be an absolute bloody professional.
So, here it is, a chili commercial from 1982, from my solo project "Colton Fulton's Bleak Outlook."  
 I'm guessing Duran Duran wasn't available.

THE FULTON ANSLEY PROJECT

In 1979 prog-rock legends White Whale unleashed a scathing indictment of the future to a world that was unprepared. Released just the day before Pink Floyd’s The Wall, it failed to sell and has been out of print for decades, with the band dissolving shortly thereafter amid legal battles and infighting within the group. Singer/Guitarist Colton Fulton moved on to a moderately successful solo career in the ‘80s, but the music of White Whale was no more.

Over time, the legend of Electric Jesus Machine grew and grew, being traded on cassette amongst hard core prog fans. Notable not just for the genre-defining music and poignant lyrics, but also the prescient tale of a dystopian world in the year 2019. The record seemingly predicted many of the issues affecting our world presently: Facebook, Fascism, Cell Phones, Election Fraud, Genetic Modification, Sex Doll Brothels, and suicide pills. 
Be patient. Give it like six months.
And so, these two core members of White Whale, singer/multi-instrumentalist Colton Fulton and founding member Ian Ansley, the ungrateful shit, have re-united to bring Electric Jesus Machine to the people.  
The. Wait. Is. Over. 
The Dawning Of The Era Of The Electric Jesus Machine has begun.

Due to ownership issues of the musical entity White Whale and the brittle nature of 8 track tape, these are NOT the original tracks from the 1979 album but rather, note-for-note recreations. 
Technically, we could go to prison if we don't tell you that. You can blame David White for this nonsense.  David White and his shit drums. 
Listen, David. Do you hear that? 
That's a 300 dollar rhythm box. Not a drunk that can't keep time. 
It's intuitive. It's easy to carry. And it doesn't bloody sleep with my wife!

You miserable sod.  Why would we have ever named the band after you? I don't remember agreeing to that. I thought White Whale was a cocaine metaphor. Like, we were Ahab and searching for the Moby Dick of piles of cocaine. And then instead of a harpoon, its a coke spoon? I thought that we were all on the same page with that.

Anyway. White Whale. We can't use the name. We can't access the master tapes. Legally, if you buy our album, we're fined in something like 3 countries. So...don't do that. If you find a copy, destroy it. 
Seriously. It's court ordered.

Just buy our t-shirts and listen to these instead. 
The bloody record industry is dead anyhow.
