Evolved from Phil Smart’s innovative and well received ‘Slow Dance Experiment’ concept, Tempo Comodo is a new party series further exploring the slower realms of danceable beats. From 70bpm downtempo to midtempo chug, anything under 120bpm is fair game as long as it's made for dancing! Getting down to slower tempos opens up a whole new world of space, rhythm and movement. Come and join the slow dance revolution as we venture deep into a diverse musical universe of varied subgenres, influences and styles. Expect slo-haus, post-nudisco, chillrave, chuggy low-slung grooves, and any slo-mo superlative you can throw into the mix.

The duo HAFT @haftmusik returns to Univack with “Paper Tiger / Magenta”, a two-track EP that reaffirms their command over the contemporary Progressive House scene. With a blend of organic warmth, hypnotic grooves, and meticulous production, this release captures the emotional and sophisticated essence that defines both the artists and the label.

Opening the EP, “Paper Tiger” unfolds immersive sonic landscapes with warm textures and ethereal melodies. Its atmosphere and celestial vocal samples create an expansive listening experience. “Magenta”, in contrast, leans into a bold yet elegant groove. With a thick, resonant bassline and finely tuned percussive elements, it becomes a powerful DJ tool designed to grab attention without sacrificing emotional depth.
