VQ082 marks Peshka's debut on the Visionquest imprint. Ukrainian artist Peshka created the alias in 2014 as an alter ego to Delta X. After a 2 year hiatus due to the anti-terrorist activity in his home country, he returned in 2016 to put out a string of releases including his solo vinyl "Mood" EP in 2018 and "Pleasant Pain" on Amam in 2019. 

The flip side begins with "Spectral Analyzed" and it gets off to a quick start with plenty of spectral sounds full of galactic wonder. Reverb drenched tones echo through the track leading to an old school arp that reinforces the rhythm.

PREMIERE: Peshka - Spectral Analyzed [Visionquest]

Hailing from Castagnaro, a small city near to Romeo and Juliet's Verona, Francesco Tegazzin aka Distilled Noise has constantly worked over the last years to reach his ideal sound. The final result it's a blend of minimal and micro-house, without abandoning however his techy and housy roots. He now debuts on RE.FACE with the juicy "Starting Point" EP to sanction his new path in the music world. Opener "Like Yourself" is an intricated micro house trip with immersive pads, funky stabs and a meticulous treatment for textures that really emphasize each element. Up next, "Flaking Transmissions" goes techier, starting off with a windy bassline an infectious combination of dirty hi-hats, sweeping synths and granular sounds. Rounding out the package "Body Scan" is a jackin' tool with splashes of deep house synths, vocal chops and funky minimal percussions.
