Thanks In-Reach!!!  Doing the mix has pushed Digital into uploading lots of his music to the Function Records website and Bandcamp page. To start the ball rolling he thought it was right to go with his first album, Dubzilla. (May 2002)

It features a ferocious amen track called 'Red Head', a deep and heavy jungle track straight out of 94 called 'Smoking Dub' and 'Champion Bubbler' covers the more uplifting side of jungle. Dubzilla is huge on breakbeats, riffs and sub bass, 'Street Biz', 'Warped 2' and 'Skyline' have that in abundance. 

'Dirty Money' and 'Daylight Robbery' are full of originality, with a 'half time' feel which is apparently brand new lol 

There's even a little collab with Spirit called 'Love Is Love'.

The Untouchables and Resound join forces for a soundclash of gargantuan proportions on the Separate Reality EP. Known for their heavyweight tribal sound, the trio jump into action with title-track Separate Reality, a maelstrom of thumping kicks, distorted bass, and swirling atmospherics. Switching into more experimental territory, Mystic Arts is a hypnotic concoction of stumbling drums, flanged-bass, and eerie dubwise reverberations. 

On the flip, The Untouchables resume the journey with Devourer of World, the sonic-equivalent of a black hole, ravenously consuming everything in its path with sub bass from deep space. The Beast is a behemoth of a track, opening with a subtle percussive rattle that drops with the force of a magnitude 10.0 earthquake to bring things to a close.

Hello everyone and welcome to episode 353 of The Everyday Junglist Podcast!!

Episode 353 brings us a mix from the duo, Dark Ops, which are the combined powers of Dj Flashback and Section, kind of like the Wonder Twins, but Drum n' Bass, a lot cooler, and probably better dj's!

Dark Ops mix starts with a couple of dark, moody, rollers, creating an eerie feel. Then the amens are unleashed, headed straight for your eardrums! The mix then slides between filthy rollers and crisp amen goodness, while maintaining its dark edge through to the end with some sinister, cinematic, samples in most of the tunes! This mix is pure vibes, closer examination of the track list will reveal that it features forthcoming/current music from Section's own label, Locked Up Music, forthcoming dubs from Section himself, and forthcoming music from Dark Ops! Such a deadly mix, this one!

Dark Ops comprise of Section and Flashback and were born after the success of their The Return EP, which came out on Section’s Locked Up Music in February 2019.
